Civil, family, and commercial litigation
Litigation is a dispute between two parties that cannot come to an agreement and resort to court to reach a settlement.
The dispute is thus submitted to the decision of judges through a process that comprises different stages. Once the judge has issued a sentence, it may be appealed through the means of defense provided by Mexican law.
