Wine Law

Wine law regulates, at national, regional, and international levels, the production, promotion, distribution, and sale of vineyard and wine products.

Wine legislation covers the cultivation, production, marketing, and sale of wines and wine products. Its aims also include combating fraudulent practices through the protection of designations of origin, good labeling practices, and classification of wines and their products, as well as regulation of wine-making procedures.
